Depending on the product that you want to buy from Morphoza, the first stage is a transfer of information. We will present to you the market, the existing products, the rules concerning interior design and ergonomy, our services and time frames for implementation. This is actualy the most important stage of an interior design project, because it sets off those questions which establish, in fact, the space structure, the needed accessories and systems.

2. Business Model

After having analysed all data and the building’s preliminary drafts, we shall create the project’s financial model , on three levels:


1. Best quality/price ratio furnishings.


2. Trendy mixed with designer pieces furnishing.


3. Designer furnishings, with pieces by famous designers


You will be explained the differences between all these in order to distinguish between the three dimensions, so that we can decide on the final budget together.

3. Project

Based on the already-established information, the Morphoza designers will draft the optimal sketch for the interior, to be discussed in the following meetings. According to lifestyle and requests, some objects may be cut out in order to expand areas of more importance to the beneficiary. The outcome of this stage is a plan to organize space, agreed upon by the beneficiary and ready to kick-off talks on aesthetics and interior design in a professional manner.

4. Alegerea

At this point, we may say the space is already half furnished. We have the draft, we have a budget, we can begin picking our favourite products, textures, fabrics. Limitations start to occur (for instance: ‘I don’t like red’, ‘I don’t want the wenge’ or ‘i want earthy tones’). One by one, we will show you and we will choose together tose products that you like and that will become key elements of the design project.

5. Design

There is no ‘good’ or ‘bad’ designer; there is, however, a designer you empathize with, that can feel your style and can create the right concept for you.

6. Offer

After all these details are settled, you will receive the offer consisting of photographs and samples, furnishing proposals and options, concepts with both advantages and disadvantages that we know how to highlight so that you may compare and choose.

7. Decision

The decision to purchase is completely yours to make. We offer advice on how to choose the right option for your home, the option which represents you and at the same time upgrades your lifestyle. After the final decision, we are prepared to launch the order to the providers and portfolio brands suit you best.

8.  Execution & Fitting

Product delivery will be assessed during the working process, according to each product you choose.  When the final decision is made, after we check items in stock and our providers’ production time, we will let you know when you can step into the newly furnished space. Once products arrive, the Morphoza team will make sure they reach you in time and they will be fitted by our colleagues in the Fitting department.

9. Decor & Ambiance

Once the furniture is in place, we get to sense together which accents you wish for the newly furnished interior. Decor has a key role in creating the ambiance of a certain space.

10. Post-furnishing services

Morphoza involvement does not end with turning over the furbished space to its owner. We keep being by your side. We offer the guarantee of the products acquired through Morphoza, advice for furniture upkeep. We maintain post-sales relations with each of our clients. If there are pieces of furniture you gave up on at first but now you feel your interior is not complete without them, or if you feel the need for other changes, the Morphoza consultants continue to be by your side.
