Brief Farmec

Nearly 40 years from opening their first store, Farmec producer opened in Cluj-Napoca its sixth store in Romania. The new store was meant to be more than a commercial space, a place where consumers would enjoy full attention from company specialists. The brief included interior design services, furnishings, building and installations, furniture and fittings for a beauty salon equipped with the latest technology, an event and client meeting area, and a small museum area which presents the company’s history.

Interior design

The Farmec Beauty Center was radically transformed in the 4 months of project execution. The total store surface is 225 m², of which 118 m² are meant for presenting and effectively marketing the products, and the rest were especially set up as workshop and meeting spaces for consumer meetings with Farmec specialists. The store ambient and workshop is friendly and warm, reflected by  the welcoming design which keeps, at the same time, minimalist traits.

The modern fittings, the spacious furniture and lighting systems, combined with the way products are placed, were thought of in the way to outline the products arranged by range: Farmec, Gerovital and AslaVital. Classic materials such as wood were harmoniously intertwined with modern materials such as dark glass transparent plastic. The design project is currently being exported in all the other Farmec brand stores undergoing a modernization process, open nationwide as well as worldwide.
