Gaetano Pesce

Gaetano Pesce was born in 1939 in La Spezia. He studied architecture in IUAV, in Venice, and attended the Interior Design Institute of Venice. It was here at this experimental school that he met Milena Vettore in collaboration with whom he opened N Group Studio in 1959, in Padua.


Since 1962, he’s been working with design, experimenting with unusual shapes and materials. In 1971, he worked with BracciodiFerro (for Cassina) pto produce various experimental objects (Moloch, 1971). În 1972, one of his works was part of his exhibit ‘Italy’: The New Domestic Landscape, from MoMA, New York.
