Betfair Romania Development is Betfair’s Software Development Center in Cluj. In 2015, the British company relocated its 700 employees from Cluj-Napoca in The Office Building, located in the center of the city. They wanted to make a difference in the way that the company was created and the way they work. Through this relocation, the company wanted to create a flexible, collaborative and sustainable workplace, but also aesthetically attractive for its employees – the best possible place to work for its people.

Interior Design Concept

The interior concept setup, created by our design team, was Betfair: The City Within The City – the perfect place where the creativity and innovation power of more than 700 employees would be constantly stimulated. Just like a city, the Betfair office is hosting open spaces, meeting points, flexible meeting rooms, but also private spaces.

We created a neutral design, very ergonomic and professional in the operative spaces whilst for the meeting & relaxation spaces, we chose a more creative and surprising design. For the meeting rooms, an important aspect was the multimedia integrated equipment, carefully selected in order to assure efficient communication with all the Betfair divisions from all around the world.

At Betfair, you will find yourself enjoying the cozy atmosphere of a library, the excitement of a Formula 1 race in one of the meeting rooms or a great journey from Cluj to Porto and then to Dublin, in the cocoon rooms.
