A minimalist and functional design, with very qualitative products, natural materials and a warm atmosphere, this is what our clients wanted for the revival of their family home. This beautiful house has an open-space structure which includes the living room and a small home office, the kitchen, the dining area, two children’s rooms and a master bedroom, four bathrooms and a large terrace. The very personal and discreet interior design concept is characterised by sophistication and meets the client’s needs and lifestyle. The quality of the space is given by the harmonious mix of natural materials and chromatic.
The living room is a mix of harmony and balance. Natural colours such as grey, green and yellow are combined with the organic textures of the furniture items: linen for the MyWorld couch designed by Philippe Starck for Cassina, natural wool for the Limited Edition carpet and wood for the Selva furniture.
The kitchen is actually an open-space that includes the cooking area and a dining space – all of these in a warm and bright atmosphere. We’ve designed the kitchen so that the owners could get the most out of their space. Therefore, we’ve chosen the Miele appliances, because of its high standards of quality and intuitive products.
The master bedroom was designed as a natural extension of the living room, with the same chromatic: grey, green and orange. In order to recreate the comfort of the living room, we’ve combined the Twils bed with Cassina armchairs and Selva bedroom furniture. For the girl’s room we designed the furniture and the carpet in neutral colours so we can add her favourite colours through art & deco elements. The boy’s room is more conservative, with ac- cent on natural materials and fibres. For both rooms, the furniture is designed and produced by Morphoza.
The terrace’s design is a mix of local products and imported products, such as the Master chairs, from Kartell or the Atmosphere outdoor furniture. We have chosen this mix in order to raise the complexity of the design concept in this area.
