For more than 10 years of experience and research, we have understand that the working environment and the configuration of the space can have a major impact on the way people work and feel at work, their creativity and employee productivity. We are what surrounds us and we have chosen to literally interpret this saying and offer to our creative team in Bucharest a workplace to increase their creativity, boost their energy and wellbeing.
Another important goal we set for this project was to create a space that invites people in and suggests the creativity of our designers, our organisational culture and working processes.
There is no secret that work and play go hand in hand. Therefore, we’ve used our imagination to recreate that place somewhere over the rainbow, from the story of the Wizard of Oz. We’ve come up with a playful concept, full of bold colours and ingenious patterns. Informal meeting areas mingle with work areas and give a special energy to space, inviting visitors to intervene and contribute to the creative process that takes place right next to them. Space thus becomes part of the creative process and reminds us that inspirational sources can be found all around us.
